POLICIES

• All new clients must put down a $20.00 deposit on their 1st booked appointment. Which is non-refundable & non-transferable 

 

• All services over 1 hour will require a $25.00 deposit. Deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable 

 

• You are granted a 10min grace period, if u arrive past that time you may be rescheduled 

 

• All no-shows will be charged the full amount of services.

 

• ​All rescheduled or canceled appointments must be done within 3hrs of the scheduled appointment. Any rescheduled or canceled appointments under the 3hr mark will be charged a $25 service charge.

• We respect your time, just as much as we ask that you respect ours! As a vow to you, our clients, if either service provider is more than 10min behind into your appointment, you will receive a $5.00 discount toward your service!

• First time facial clients 

• Please add on the free consultation to your first facial appointment to ensure we get information about your skincare concerns to provide you with the best possible treatment.  

 

• Please do not exfoliate or use any Retinols, Retin-A , AHA/BHA acids for 7 days prior to you first facial.   

  • ie - resurfacing cleansers, toners, scrubs or moisturizers with acids or retinol and )  

 

After facial care 

• Stay hydrated with recommended serum and moisturizer. Do not exfoliate for 7 days after facial treatments to avoid any breakouts or skin irritation. 

 

• ​Follow recommended home care regimen provided by your Skin Care Specialist.
